In Memory

Leaving an In Memory gift to Badger Trust funds our work to conserve and protect badgers, their setts and their habitats for generations to come.

When you pledge to leave a gift in your will or to remember a loved one, you're creating a lasting legacy that will positively impact badgers, an iconic and much-loved native mammal that's roamed the UK for half a million years.

Leaving a gift in your will

Including a gift in your Will to Badger Trust makes a real difference and helps us continue to protect badgers for the future.

Our vision is a world where badgers are respected as part of our rich wildlife heritage, safe from persecution. Legacy gifts we receive in Wills help make this possible.

Please consider leaving a gift in your will to Badger Trust. You can leave a specific sum, a share of your estate or a particular item such as property that we would sell.

While we are unable to provide legal advice on the writing of your will we are happy to talk to you about how your gift can be used to help badgers.

We recommend that you always take professional advice when drawing up or amending your Will. Find a solicitor in my area.

In Memory giving

Many people choose to remember a loved one by donating in memory of their favourite causes.

You might like to invite friends and family to make a charitable donation instead of buying flowers. You can send a gift to Badger Trust directly or through a funeral director, or you might like to include a request for donations in the funeral announcement.

In Memory giving is a very special way of reflecting a loved one’s values and interests and a personal way to remember a relative or friend.
