Website Usage Information
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We do not link your IP address to any personally identifiable information. We use a measurement system to determine which areas our site users visit based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but simply and anonymously how often each page is visited. This helps us maintain a superior and informative website for you.
The Information We Collect
Our various on-line forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, address, and similar information. We do not request sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers, unless they are signing up for and paying for our services. We never sell, share or trade any of our customer information with other organisations.
Cookies are used on this site purely to improve services for you through, for example:

We use Google Analytics to measure how many people use this site. We do this to make sure the site is meeting users' needs and to understand how we could improve it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and any Contract between yourself and Badger Trust are only available in the English language.
Please note that these Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
1. Information about us
1.1 We operate the website shop. We are Badger Trust, a company registered in the U.K. under charity number 1111440 and our registered office: Office 10A, Scandia-Hus Business Park, Felcourt Road, Felcourt, East Grinstead, RH19 2LP. We are not registered for VAT.

1.3 The regulatory compliance associated with the application, use and processing of any Products is your responsibility.
2. Our Products
2.1 The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to present the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours will replicate the colour of the Products. The products you receive may vary slightly from those images.
2.2 All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our Website have a 5% tolerance.
2.3 The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on our Website.
3. Use of our Website, Your use of our Website is governed by our Website Usage information. Please read this as it includes important terms which apply to you.

5. Your rights as a consumer
5.1 You may only purchase Products from our Website if you are aged 18 or more years old.
5.2 You have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is availablefrom your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights.
6. How the contract is formed between yourself and Badger Trust.
6.1 For the steps you need to take to place an order on our Website, please see the Brock Shop Home page.
6.2 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
6.3 You can only pay for Products on-line by using a debit card or a credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express Cards. Payment for the Products including all applicable delivery charges is charged to your card when the order is accepted.
6.4 Once you have submitted an order you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received it and that your order has been accepted.
6.5 The Contract between us is formed when we send the acknowledgement e-mail.
6.6 See Clause 2.4 for the procedure we follow if we are unable to supply a product for any reason.
7. Our right to vary these terms
7.1 Revised terms will apply if there are changes in how we accept payment from you.
7.2 Changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements will also affect the terms.
7.3 Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between us.
7.4 Whenever we revise these Terms in accordance with this Clause 7, this document will be amended. The date of amendment will be shown at the foot of the last page.
8. Your consumer right of return and refund
8.1 As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract (under the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000) during the period stated in clause 8.3. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract andreceive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your localCitizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
8.2 This cancellation right does not apply in respect of any made to measure or custom-made products; newspapers, periodicals or magazines; perishable goods and software, DVDs or CDs which have a security seal which you have opened or unsealed.
8.3 Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date when the Contract between us is formed, see Clause 6.5. If the Products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 working days in which you may cancel, starting on the day after the day you receive the Products. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
8.4 To cancel a Contract please telephone us on 08458 287878 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org . The cancellation takes effect from the date of the telephone call or e-mail.
8.5 Provided the Product is returned in good condition, e.g. fit for re-sale, you will receive a refund of the full price you paid for the Product within 30 calendar days of receipt of the Product by us.
8.6 If you have returned the Product under this Clause 8 because it is faulty or misrepresented, you will receive a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of the Product by us, of the full price you paid for the Product and the costs you incur inreturning the item to us.
8.7 In the case of either Clause 8.5 or 8.6, the refund will be made on the credit or debit card used to pay for the order.
8.8 As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in respect of Products that are faulty or misrepresented. See Clause 5.2.
9.1 Your order will be dispatched within 1 week of acceptance, with the exception of holidays where the office is closed orders will be dispatched upon return.
9.2 If your order is required by a particular date e.g. for a birthday, please contact us by telephone on 08458 287878 or by e-mail to email@example.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
10. Price of Products and Delivery Charges
10.1 The price of a Product includes postage and packing for that item if shipped to within the UK.
10.2 Consumers based outside the UK may be charged for the additional cost of Postage and Packaging. Charges will be calculated in line with the additional cost to deliver the selected item/s to a particular country.
