Notice of Badger Trust Annual General Meeting

This notice is addressed to all:

Associate member groups of Badger Trust and their individual members

Supporter members of Badger Trust (individual, joint, family, school/youth group, other group, individual life and joint life)

The Directors of Badger Trust hereby give notice that, and cordially invite you to attend, the Annual General Meeting of Badger Trust that will be held on:

Saturday 12th May 2018 at 11.00 a.m., doors open at 10.30 a.m. for registration and refreshments.

The venue is: Rydon Village Hall, High Street, Ryton-on-Dunsmore CV8 3EY

Please could all associate member groups forward this notice to each individual who has membership of their group.

If your group or a supporter member wishes to propose+ a Special Resolution to make changes to the Memorandum of Association or to the Articles of Association of Badger Trust, please complete the notice for Special Resolution by clicking here and send it by Friday, 13th April 2018 to the address below*.

The Agenda for the AGM (including any Special Resolutions) will be sent by Friday, 20th of April 2018. To book your place at the AGM, please complete the booking form  by clicking here and send it as soon as possible to the address below*.

+ The group must have paid its annual subscription for 2018 to propose a resolution.
