The Badger Trust today announced that Dominic Dyer is stepping down after almost seven years as CEO

After almost seven years as Chief Executive, Dominic Dyer is stepping down from the Badger Trust from the beginning of this month.

Dominic has been a passionate and tireless spokesperson for Badger Trust during his time as Chief Executive and is highly regarded as an ambassador and champion for badgers. We wish him well for the future.

Dominic Dyer commented: “It’s been a huge privilege to lead the Badger Trust at such a crucial time in the debate about the future of our countryside and the protection of precious wildlife and habitats. I wish the Badger Trust every success in the future.”

The Badger Trust, a registered charity, exists to promote and enhance the welfare, conservation and protection of badgers, their setts, and their habitats. It is the leading voice for badgers and represents and supports around 60 local voluntary badger groups and thousands of supporters and followers.

The Badger Trust provides expert advice on all badger issues and works closely with the government, police, and other conservation organisations. It uses lawful means to campaign for the improved protection of badgers and is a member of Partnership for Action Against Wildlife Crime (PAW) and Wildlife and Countryside Link.
